Edna Ermyntrude "Ermie" Bourne was a politician from Barbados who was the first woman to be elected to the House of Assembly of Barbados. In the 1951 general election, Bourne was elected to represent the parish of St. Andrew and served until 1961.
Ermyntrude Harvey (1895 – 1973) was a British female tennis player of the 1920s and 1930s. Between 1919 and 1938 she won 45 career singles titles on grass, clay and indoor wood courts.
