Means flower in spanish! It’s a beautiful name, however, unless you live in a Spanish speaking country, i’d stay away from this name unless you don’t mind people pronouncing it as “Floor”.
Dona Flor and Her Two Husbands is a book by Brazilian author Jorge Amado.

Hi um I am a person that has this name and I like it but then I don't because a lot of people make fun of me but I love this name and it means flower in Spanish and I am Hispanic with Italian family.
Flor is beautiful... when spoken by Spanish speakers. When Anglophones say it, though, it tends to sound awful. There's even a scene in the movie "Spanglish" when the character Flor (and others) are explaining to Téa Leoni how to say Flor, and Leoni goes, "... Floor. Like what I walk on?"Yeah. But in Spanish, Flor (with the trilled R) is lovely.
