Iza is a very cute nickname for Izabella or Isabella. My daughter’s name will be Isabella and I will call her Iza. I was born and raised in Hungary where Isabella is spelled Izabella and Iza is a very common nickname for it. Cute, bubbly, girly.

Iza is a dull, unoriginal name. Sure it's better than Isabella, but any name is better than Isabella. If your name is Iza you have my condolences.
