A biblical name possibly meaning "Jehovah gives life".

In the Bible, there are two people named Joha. The first, in 1 Chronicles 8:16, is part of the Genealogy of Saul the Benjamite. He is the son of Beriah, brother of Ahio, Shashak, Jeremoth, Zebadiah, Arad, Eder, Michael, and Ishpah; grandson of Elpaal, and great-grandson of Shaharaim and Hushim.

The second Joha, in 1 Chronicles 11:45, is one of David's warriors. He is the son of Shimri and brother of Jediael.
