Kimberleigh is also used as a masculine given name in English. However, it's more common for females. So, I think that the "Gender" of this name should be updated from "Feminine" to "Feminine & Masculine".Sources: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unisex_name

This takes away the dated vibes coming from Kimberly. It still feels a bit too close. I might spell it Kymberleigh, Kymbrlleigh or something. For all the haters, have fun naming kids boring names. Why not spell John in with a Chinese twist to it like Zhon or Zhohn? (Lol just kidding this comment is a joke.)
Um, no. I like the name "Leigh", but it has extended the name 3 more letters than it should be. But I like it more than Kimberlee, that's for sure.
Use Kimber for a first name and use Leigh for a middle name, and make the middle name Leigh the nickname.
Where does this variant come from? Just use Kimberly!
11 letters? No thanks.
One of the ugliest spellings I’ve ever seen. Kimberleigh is ugleigh. Nobody will ever be able to spell it. I generally dislike “leigh” names. It makes them look tacky. Why not just go for Kimberly?
Hmmm... Ugleigh!
Make the "Leigh" suffix's stop, please.
11 letters? Seriously?
Well, this is just something. While the name Kimberly is a nice name, no problem, but this spelling is just, I don't know even what to say.
NO NO NO NO. No. Please, stop giving your kids “-Leigh” names. It makes them look tacky, treynddyee, youneekq, juvenile, and awful. This? This is awful. Kimberly is a wonderful name. I really like it and there’s a lot of nicknames you can get out of it. However, Kimberleigh is awful. It’s more difficult to spell, looks like a lot to pronounce when spelled out, and isn’t even phonetic. Do your child, their teachers, their doctors, and anybody who has to know their name a favor and do not give them this name. I understand you want your child to be unique and be respected and seem different from other people— but you don’t have to give them respelled names ending in “Leigh” or “Lee” or “lie” to do that. The original spelling has NOTHING wrong with it, just go with that!
Ugly spelling and it’s super long.
The -leigh ending ruined a good name.
Kimberleigh "Kim" Zolciak-Biermann is an American television personality. In 2008, she rose to prominence as one of the original housewives that appeared on the reality television series The Real Housewives of Atlanta aired on Bravo.
I hate this spelling. Way too stressed on the 'lee' sound. It should just be Kimberly.
The -leigh ending just leaves me cold. I think it unnecessarily bogs down the name. It looks like they're trying to make the name look more "upscale" but it seriously backfires.
In the popular modelling-themed reality show, Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model (Cycle 7), there is a model called Kimberleigh.
Well I've been using this name for 19 years now and it's not at all complicated really. As for it being tacky? I think not! I'm proud to have this name as it's not the usual run of the mill name. I've yet to come across another person with this name. So I guess you could say it's unique. HA!
I think this name is okay, but it's just TOO long. I can't see it on a child or and elderly woman either.
This IS tacky, and overdoing it.
It seems like a really boring name only made worse by the longer variation on the spelling. God help any poor child who's going to spend at least 20 years of her life correcting people on how to spell it.
This is actually the way I spell my name and I do not in any way think it is tacky, I THINK it's a very modern name.
I love the name Kimberly, but I hate this variation. It looks tacky, and extremely modern. I would suggest Kimber as a first name, and Leigh as a middle name to go with it.
