Leela Roy (née Nag; 1900 – 1970), was an Indian radical leftist politician and reformer, and a close associate of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. She was the first female student of Dhaka University.

Leela Naidu (1940 – 2009) was an Indian actress who starred in a small number of Hindi and English films, including Yeh Raste Hain Pyar Ke (1963), based on the real-life Nanavati case, and The Householder, Merchant Ivory Productions' first film.
