Marie-Magdeleine Carbet, the pen name Anna Marie-Magdeleine (born Louise Eugénie Anna Marie-Magdeleine; 1902 – 1996), was an Afro-Martiniquais writer and educator. She and her lesbian partner co-wrote poems, stories and songs under the joint pseudonym Carbet, which left them free to explore sensitive topics, usually forbidden to women. She won several literary prizes from French cultural organizations.
Madeleine Boucherit Le Faure (1879 – 1960) was a French pianist and composer. A teacher at the Conservatoire de Paris, she authored several pieces for piano, specifically for children, gave conducting lessons to young students, and directed the chamber orchestra the petits concerts Mozart that she established.
Magdeleine Vallieres is a Canadian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team WCC Team. She rode in the women's road race event at the 2020 UCI Road World Championships. At the 2019 Global Relay Canadian Road Championships, she won the junior women road race and junior women time trial. She represented Canada in the junior women road race and in the junior women time trial at the 2019 UCI Road World Championships.
