I prefer this spelling. It's cooler and closer to the roth of the name plus I see no problems on the letter Y being used in Western European names.
You state here that Надія is the proper Ukrainian spelling of Nadya. However, the proper transcription of that spelling is Nadiya, which is already in the main database.Did you actually mean to say that in the case of Ukraine, Nadya is a variant transcription of Nadiya? If not, then you should adjust the spelling, which I imagine will be the same as the Russian one: Надя.
WAY better than Nadia, this spelling is cooler, and more modern, and personally, I love modern names, as long as they are not too WILD.
Nadya looks much better then Nadia to me, because it looks less common and more interesting. I especially prefer this spelling to Nadiya as well.
