Jennifer Polyxeni Bloomfield is an Australian diplomat. She is the Australian Representative to Taiwan since February 1, 2021, succeeding Gary Cowan. She was the Australian Ambassador to Greece from 2011 until 2014 with non-resident accreditation to Albania and Bulgaria. She is both the first woman and the first person of Greek descent to hold that position.

Polyxeni is a 2017 Greek drama film directed by Dora Masklavanou. It was selected as the Greek entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 91st Academy Awards, but it was not nominated.
