It's OK, I wouldn't use it for a child myself, but I do have a kitten named Reinhold and it's absolutely perfect for him!

This name would not work in Scandinavia. Renhold means "cleaning/sanitation" in Norwegian. "Rein" is a dialect form of ren, so it means the same with or without the I.

Reinhold is very dated. Rein is cute though.
