Alright. There may not be many comments right now but I still think this name is a Unisex hidden gem, even after I made a comment about it via @Teddy01 on Jul/3/2020! I think this combines the Russian diminutive of Aleksandr or Aleksandra by compressing it in the style of Tanya.I think Aleksandr and Aleksandra are one of the of the few Russian names—if not the only ones—in which they use more than one diminutive form. The diminutives are Sanya and Sasha (and Sashka for Aleksandra specifically).

The pronunciation is correct, but it's better to write [ˈsanʲə] or [ˈsa.nʲə] than [ˈsan.ʲə].
