This is my best friend's middle name! (Evangeline Shiri). But she said it was French? Anyway I think it’s lovely and makes a great alternative to the middle name Marie.

I like the meaning. The name is overall cool.

I love this name. My friend/a girl I babysit is named Shiri, and I have to say I am jealous. A bunch of my friends have Hebrew names, like Ziva (me), Anna, Shoshana, Eve, Kaiya, etc, and Shiri is definitely my favourite.
