For some odd reason I enjoy this spelling of Stephanie. It’s cute but realistically I would use Stephanie.

EW, EW, EW! Please don't ruin a perfectly good name like Stephanie and change it to this! WHAT IS THIS?! USE STEPHANIE, I BEG YOU! This is just PLAIN HORRIBLE!

I actually really like this spelling! It seems a little less "girlie" than Stephanie.
