I was born and raised in Hungary where Szilvia is a pretty common name, especially for people born between the 1980s and 2000s. Szilvi is a very cute nickname for Szilvia. A good friend of mine is a Szilvia and she goes by Szilvi. It’s pronounced the same way as Sylvie.
