I love basically all the Theo- names, this is no exception, but in the English speaking world most people would say Theo-file (ugh) instead of the much classier and lush Teh-Aw-Feel or Theo-feel (I personally say the latter). It's lovely for a middle name though.
Théophile Gautier was a French novelist, poet, dramatist, etc. He is known for his novel "Mademoiselle de Maupin".
Théophile can also be feminine (as a form of Theophila), though that's much less common.
