From the name of Saint Elijah of the Bible. Uatsilla was the God of rain, lightning, and thunder, and the protector of the harvest. If one was struck by lightning, they were considered to be chosen by this God, and if they survived, they would receive a sheep sacrifice in their honor. There is a festival celebrated in the summer in his honor.
