This is absolutely gorgeous, I'd definitely use this on my future daughter as a middle name. I love Vera, but not how it's pronounced in the UK (vee-ra), so Venera is perfect as I love all the possible pronunciations (ven-ehra, veen-ee-ra, ven-eera, veen-ehra). Venera is so ethereal sounding.

My mother’s name is Venera, she was born in Catania, Sicilia. She was given the “nickname” of Nerina, which comes when you lengthen Venera to Venerina, and then shorten it to Nerina. My daughter’s name is also Venera. Also one of the Saints of Sicily was Saint Venera, she was the cousin of Saint Agatha from Catania, Saint Venera’s Church is in Ace Reale, Sicilia. Beautiful name.
