Means "luminous jewel" or "youngest princess". She was a goddess is Japanese mythology, also known as Toyotama-Hime.
A character in 'The One Piece.'

Taken from 乙女 (otome), meaning "maiden" in Japanese, combined with 姫 (hime), meaning "princess." Otohime was a Japanese goddess that was said to have turned into a dragon after giving birth to the first Japanese emperor, Jinmu.
