Feminine form of Fuseini. In Northern Ghana, this name is given to the firstborn of a pair of twin girls, while the second-born twin is named Asana. According to superstition, the second twin is considered to be the older twin because it is said that during the trauma of birth, the older twin sends the younger twin ahead to make sure the world is safe.
