[Opinions] Spanish Names?

In America, I know technically anyone can use Rosa, Perla, Marguerite, Alfredo, Edwardo, Mario, Pablo etc. but what about ex: Rosa McMurray, Alfredo Brown, Esmerelda Jones do they sound too odd to use if you're not spanish?

Sometimes it definately seems odd, but as long as they are well used in both English and Spanish, I am sort of ok with it.

No, I don't find it odd. I do not think people need to only use names that correspond with their nationality or surname. I've known Spanish people with Irish surnames, and their first name is Spanish. It doesn't phase me - it rather interests me, and I find it appealing.

Use what you like and say the name three times, if like the sound of go for it. I 've known full latinos named Sergio,Ivan,Tiffany,Abbie. You don't have to be latin to use the names, Nor do you have to be restricted to them if you are.Carmen would be pretty w/ the other names you have chosen *************************************************
