Hi all, I'm still trying to figure out what my little son Lachlan's middle name should be. I liked Dylan, Eamon, and currently in favor of Hudson. Rowan isn't too bad, either. So, what do you think of Lachlan Hudson ? I know, it's all by coincidence that all of these names end with an 'n' but what can I do ? That's just my taste. Either with an 'ie', 'y', or 'n'. Thanks.

I love Lachlan, but Hudson is just a river to me. Sorry. I prefer Eamon.-Seda*

I think John might be a good middle name for you son. I'm not the biggest fan of Lachlan Dylan or Lachlan Eamon or Lachlan Rowan. I think Lachlan Hudson and Lachlan John sound really good, though.

I love Lachlan, and also Eamon and Rowan, but I agree that another name ending in an -n doesn't sound so great with Lachlan. What about Lachlan Brady/Brody, Lachlan Rory, Lachlan Finlay, Lachlan Avery, Lachlan Gray, Lachlan Zane.

Oh, not an accusation, I just thought it was funny!

I really don't think that the first and middle name ending in "n" sounds good. How about Lachlan Brody or Lachlan Brady?

Lachlan, Eamon, Hudson and Rowan all sound like surnames to me, but Eamon is nice. Dylan is trendy but ok.

Rowan is a personal favorite; and I like boys names that start with E. I agree with Elinor that Hudson isn't the greatest...Lachlan, however, is a very, very cool name. ^^

I don't really like Hudson. Firstly, the "udd" sound isn't very attractive. It also reminds me of the butler in "Upstairs Downstairs"._____________________________________________________________________Elinor"Well-behaved women rarely make history."
