I'm used to it as a name for those reversible dogs, like Old English Sheepdogs, that look the same from both ends until they move. They often have sisters or mates called Anna.

Otto is a GP to me. I really like it but I'm not sure whether it's ready for a comeback in Germany. I fear a little Otto might get teased about his dated name.

One of my close friends named her first rabbit Otto (sadly he has now passed on)

Concise, balanced, zippy.

I really enjoy Otto.

loveI love Otto. It's so adorable and yet serious. It would age beautifully I think - heartrendingly cute on a toddler, cool on an angsty teen in skinny jeans, respectable and handsome on a man in his prime, and dignified on an old geezer. Simply parfait.

I know a family with this surname, so I don't like it as a fn. I also grew up in the 90's so it reminds me of the old show Rocket Power.

I like it. Its familiar enough to get away with... I think it works well with longer classical middle names like Christian, Alexander, William.

I like it. It has a spunky feel.

My husband would never let me use it (except maybe on a pet) but I like it.
