You say that Cailin and Caitlin are far too close, however, most of the time people aren't going to see the spellings side by side. Even more, the names SOUND so much alike. That would bother me much more than the spellings. Would Caitlin (of any spelling) be called Cait? That being said, I only care for the Caitlin spelling and since you aren't interested in that, the only one that really appeals to me is Kaitlin since it's closest to Caitlin.I like these combos best:Kaitlin Alexandra Claire
Kaitlin Alexandra Brooke
Kaitlin Alexandra JulietRe: Leigh, I agree with you that it's just okay. It seems rather dated to me. Were this me, I'd focus on Carol and find a form of that. WDYT of Kaitlin Alexandra Charlotte or Kaitlin Alexandra Caroline?

Like I said in my original post I don't like any of the variants of Carol or Leigh apart from Charlotte and Ashleigh. I'm really liking Kaitlin Alexandra Charlotte, for some reason when I spell Kaitlyn I always either spell it with a Y or a K without thinking, also for some strange reason when I see the spelling of Caitlin I see Catherine.

Personally (though it's not on your list) I think the best bet would be Kaitlyn Charlotte Leigh. Different to your cousin (though I dislike Kaitlyn's spelling), Charlotte is honouring, and Leigh to finish. Or Alexandra Charlotte Leigh?
From the names on your list, my favourite is certainly Caitlyn Alexandra Paige, but I would go for Caitlyn/Kaitlin/Kaitlyn Alexandra Leigh.

I do like Kaitlyn Charlotte Leigh but Alexandra was already honouring another family member.

My favorite spelling is Kaitlin. I just like the -lin ending far better. Would you ever consider using Carol? I feel like Carol has a very reto-cool, 40's, 50's, 60's vibe to it.Kaitlin Alexandra Carol is fine, it might be a bit clunky... My favorite of your combos are:Kaitlin Alexandra Juliet, it has a sweet, elegance to it that I like.Kaitlin Alexandra Pearl, has that nice retro-cool vibe that I mentioned earlierKaitlin Alexandra Claire is a nice classic pairing.

I love my sister but I don't like it enough to use as a middle name (doesn't flow well), to me it only works as a first name which obviously I can't do.

Kaitlyn Alexandra Brooke
Kaitlyn Alexandra Elyse
Kaitlyn Alexandra AimeeKaitlyn Alexandra Leigh gets points for honoring, but I don't like Leigh either. If you want to honor your sister, Kaitlyn Alexandra Carol would be prettier and more interesting.I don't have a strong spelling preference for Kaitlyn, FWIW. As long as it's a clear, simple spelling of "Kate" combined with a clear, simple spelling of "Lynn," it's okay with me. I went with Kaitlyn here because it was the first one listed.
