This isn't a name I would usually like, but It popped into my head the other day and I can't stop thinking about it as a name for a hypothetical child. I think I like it so much because I think of a precious pearl of a child being grown inside of me (off the wall, I know)

Any combo ideas?

My fave here is Pearl Susanna. Also like Agatha Pearl, Pearl Adelaide and Thelma Pearl; don't usually care for Thelma but that combo feels rather warm and cuddly. :)
