I would normally choose Olivia, because it's a lovely name, except it seems to be the name of every other baby girl I come across. A little Paige would actually be refreshing.

as a nod to the pageboy hair style?

I once met the sister of a girl whose names were Paige Starry. The surname was Knight. As far as I recall, the girl I met was Lexi, but I was so startled by Paige Starry that it might have been something else obvious and forgettable.
