[Opinions] Re: Jasmine
Hi Perrine!Yes. I have the same problem.
I love the flower but unfortunately the most of Jasmime & Co. people I met were yob (not sure of this word but I mean your image of teen with this name).I think it is also tacky although Jasmine was one of my favourite princess.Do you know that Prince Albert II of Monaco has a daughter named Jazmin Grace? http://hairstyles.thehairstyler.com/hairstyle_views/front_view_images/9827/original/Jazmin-Grace-Grimaldi.jpgI think it is cute on her!
She seems youthful, spunky but sweet.Lily Jasmine .. mm too different flowers imo. They have a different vibe. Prefer Rose with Lily.I rank Jasmine-names1 Yasmin - the best
2 Yasmina
3 Yasamen
4 Yasmine
5 Jasmine
6 Jazmin
7 Jessamine
8 JasminaBut I say it because I study Arabic so I think that Arabic/Persian variant are more beautiful.Out of these there is also the Italian variant... Gelsomina. It is really really rare and quite dated (granny-like name). But I hope for a future revival. It is not so bad (the flower is actually 'gelsomino' with final o but it is not a given name). I think it is only unknown but ready for more popularity.WDYT?Augusto Aurelio Bruno Filippo Flavio Leone Luigi Stefano ValerioAlba Anastasia Angelica Cassandra Dafne Diana Flora Ginevra Lavinia Luna Morgana Perla Rosa Serena Stella Susanna
