Ruxandra has a nice sound, and I like Roxana more than Roxanne (only makes me think of that song by Police...), but all in all I prefer Alexandra. Also, Ruxandra makes me think of a rucksack.
I once knew a girl called Roshanak; I think she was from Iran. We called her Roshi.
