I'm going to 2nd that Guinevere Chantal and Guinevere Melanie are nice combos.
I also like Guinevere Tara and think its works well with Amanda and like the idea of it with other 80s names.

also names that seem more 60s-ish

Guinevere Holly
Guinevere Tabitha
Guinevere Robin (reminds me of King Arthur and Robin Hood, and it sounds natural because it has the same cadence as "Christopher Robin")
