Delilah is pretty, but the De- at the beginning feels like a suffix. I know it isn't, but I simply prefer Lila.

I like Eliza as a nickname for Elizabeth and it gives me Hamilton vibes, but I think I'm going with Delilah because it sounds beautiful

The sounds of Delilah don't please me. What could it shorten to - Dilly? Duh? So it would have to be Eliza, though I far prefer it as a nn for Elizabeth and if it were me, I'd use the full form as a given name and let it be anything from Eliza to Betty, depending on current fashion and personal preference.

Definitely Delilah. Eliza just looks like half a name to me. I know it's a complete name, but I can't help only ever seeing it as half of Elizabeth mispronounced.

I like Delilah more in principle but can't ignore the unfortunate biblical connections. I don't really care for Eliza though.. just Liza is more my speed.

I love both, but as Delilah is currently seeing a rather trendy increase, Eliza is the strong & steady choice - a classic that won't seem dated in 40 years.
