[Opinions] Croía
Saw this name on an Instagram BA. At first, I didn't like it because I thought it was pronounced "CROY-uh", but after learning the correct pronunciation it's growing on me. What do you think of Croía?

Nice sound, but personally if I were giving it in the USA I would respell it as Cria or Creea. Otherwise she would be constantly having to explain to people how it's pronounced, which might get tedious.

I found Croía a while ago. I believe I heard saw it on Conor McGregors daughter. I used to think it it was pronounced that way as well but when I heard the correct pronounciation I thought it was pretty. It has a nice meaning as well. Croía is one of the very few Irish names I like. It’s sweet, pretty, and to the point. I like the accent, gives it a bit of flair. Nice name, but if I were actually in Ireland, I’d use it. I think I’d pair it with something a little romantic...Croía Clementine

It's not my least favorite name I have seen. I quite like how it's spelled, if that makes sense. I wouldn't personally name anything it because, like you did at first, people would mispronounce it all the time.
