I don’t really get the appeal to be honest. It sounds a bit dated. Cosima Larkspur is kind of a cool name though.

I first found out about Cosima on this site. It was from a BA. At first I didn’t like it because I thought it was just weird, but it grew on me. The name is beautiful, and respectable. Kind of reminds me of space too. I think of good and beautiful things when I see Cosima.Cosima Juliet is lovely.Cosima Scarlet
Cosima Helen
Cosima Olivie
Cosima Beatrix

I love Cosima! I'm kinda sad that it seems to be under appreciated / under rated.
From your list I like: Cosima Juliet & Cosima Joy. Cosima Alice & Cosima June are ok.Some suggestions:
Cosima Lilac (it has more spunk than Lily imo)
Cosima Violet (kinda similar to Juliet but flowery :))
Cosima Ivy (not sure about it though)
Cosima Faith (not floral, but I like it in this combo)

I adore Cosima! It's baroque and regal but not unapproachable. It's also not at all "made up."Cosima Ruth, Cosima Alice, and Cosima June are my favorites from your list. Some others (matching the style of the combos you provided):Cosima Edith
Cosima Rachel
Cosima Violet
Cosima Claire
Cosima Jane
Cosima Helen
Cosima Lucy
Cosima Helen
Cosima Enid
Cosima Fleur
Cosima Frances
Cosima Lily I prefer pairing Cosima with baroque middles, e.g.:Cosima Fabiana
Cosima Elettra
Cosima Celestina
Cosima Raffaella
Cosima Caterina
Cosima Costanza
Cosima Ginevra
Cosima Clarice (pronounced the Italian way)
Cosima Stefania
