I know a Devorah who goes by Devvie, but it’s mistaken for Debbie a lot. I think nicknames come naturally through the child’s life based on experiences and what people intuitively end up calling them. But with that being said, I think Kinney would be cute for Kinneret, Vana for Levana, Eleora “Ellie”, SarinaRina”, YoninaNina”, Zemira “Mira.”
