[Opinions] Vito
I'm totally charmed by Vito—it exudes so much personality in just four letters and two sounds. What do you think of it? (I'm Italian-American on my dad's side and not at all bothered by any perception of Vito as stereotypically Italian-American, by the way.)Some combos:Vito Sebastian
Vito Raphael
Vito Gerard
Vito Pascal
Vito Anselm
Vito Valentino (Valentino is my dead dad's name.)
Vito Reginald
Vito Benedict
Vito Peregrine
Vito Percival
Vito Algernon
Vito Ambrose
Vito Lionel
Vito Quentin

I veto this name

I like the way Vito sounds, but the word "veto" turns me away; I'm sorry. I think that Vito could be a wonderful nickname for Valentino, though! Out of your combinations, I like Vito Percival, Vito Sebastian, Vito Raphael, and Vito Quentin.

it's not just a stereotypically Italian-American name ...It's a stereotypical Mafia name. Also, it sounds just like veto.

I don't mind it, but feel it would be better if the word, Veto didn't readily come to mind. That aside, these are the combos that I like:Vito Sebastian (Goes so well together! Easily my favorite)
Vito Gerard
Vito Percival
Vito Ambrose

This really shows my level of taste when it comes to movies, but I think of the priest from The Fifth Element, Vito Cornelius, before any Mafia guys!I like Vito. I guess it does sound just like the word veto, but my brain pretty easily understands that it's not the word, just like it gets that the name Doug isn't the word dug. I enjoy the more romantic antique middle names, as always, but Vito Quentin really jumped out at me in the lineup. I think I might like Vito paired with warmly familiar but gently faded names like Quentin. It helps Vito feel more real and alive.

Vito is ok (I prefer Vita on a girl a lot more though). I didn’t associate it with veto until I read the other comments, so that doesn’t bother me obviously.
I like Vito Raphael and Vito Benedict. Vito Valentino is over-the-top but I still like it (and it’s got a special connection).

I don't like it. It sounds like a high up in an Italian village mafia
