I think Meg is cute, but I personally prefer it as a mere NN.

Since Chrisell already gave you an exhaustive list (she's excellent with research, isn't she?), I'll just say that I really like Meg (and Meggie for that matter) as a nn, but I'm not the type of person who would use it as a full name.
