I too have a liking to many Hebrew names here's what i think of these...Aliza (ah-LEE-zah, not like Eliza) - Lovely very pretty but strong.
Amira - Very nice flows lovely
Ari (boy) - A bit short, feels incomplete
Avi - see Ari
Asa (AH-sah) - This is lovely not sure i would use it
Asher - Dont like this name
Aviva - Nothing really wrong with it just nms
Chanah - This is very nice would use it as a mn
Eli - Love it
Eliana - LOVE this name, its on my fav' list
Elijah- I do really like this name but for some reason not sure i would use it
Eliora - Gorgious
Elisheva - Bit complicated
Ezra - Lovely name but not sure i would use
Ilana - again really nice nice
Liora - nice enough doesnt flow so well.
Livnat / Livna - nms
Malachi - Love it, its on my Fav' list
Maya - as above
Miriam - Ok mut nms
Naomi - Nice enough name nms
Noa (girl) - Like it in theory but people will think ive named my daughter Noah
Reina / Rayna - Really like this on a boy
Shoshana - Dont like this
Talia (TAH-lee-ah) gorgeous
Tamar (tah-MAHR) - mns
Tova / Tovah- dont like this
Yonah - Nice enough but nms

Thanks!Ari and Avi are a bit short but I'm not sure what I'd use them as nicknames for.I wouldn't use Noa for the exact reason you've described. I love Noah on a boy too, though.
