[Opinions] Cora
WDYT of Cora as its own name? Is it better as a NN? If so, for what?Cordelia
Corinna
Other?I think I like it best on its own, though. WDYT?

I love Cora, as a full name or a nickname. I love both Cordelia and Corinna as well. Not much help, am I? ;)

I think Cora works great as an independent name. It's very simple, yet elegant.

I love Cora. I think it's fine on it's own. It's beautiful, timeless, and graceful. Some combos I like:
Cora Beatrix Cait
Cora Mabel Alice
Cora Gillian EloiseWDYT?

Personally, I prefer Corinna, however, Cora *is* a complete name on its own. If you like just Cora, you don't need to look any further, imo.Cora was my ggm's name. I like it.

I think Cora's lovely both on its own and as a nn for Corinna or Cordelia. I think Cora's a great nn for Coralie which is a name I'm loving at the moment.

I prefer it on it's own. It used to be a favourite of mine. It's adorable. :)

I like it on its own - it's simple and lovely. Though I'm not fond of Coral or Coralie or Corinna, I like Cora on its own. I also like Cordelia but I haven't really thought of Cora as a nn for it, oddly enough (I like Delia as a nn for it best). BTW, I know a 16-year-old girl named Cora. Before I met her (I work with her mom), I associated it with the mean Cora Beth from "The Waltons", which I grew up watching because it's my mom's favorite show. I've finally gotten over that association, mostly (as well as the one with Nellie, because of "Little House on The Prairie" :b).

I really like it on its own the best. It is nice as a nn for names that begin with Cor- but I think it can stand alone as a name just fine. It is very pretty.

I love it on its own. I remember hearing of it in The Last of the Mohicans, and have loved it ever since.
