Hi,
aside from the fact that the two have the same initial, is there any reason why Pearl adn Persephone could not be sisters. I have loved Persephone forever and would be gutted if i couldn't use it eventually.
The same initial thing does not bother me too much as i would make sure they had different middle initials so as not to confuse the post man.
Does Iris, Eli, Pearl and Persephone make a nice sib set?

Persephone is pretty. It sticks out in the sibset a little, mainly because its longer, but not too much. Its different enough from Pearl that they can be used a sisters, imo. They sound well together. :-)

I love Pearl, but Persephone is a bad meaning, I dislike it [hoewever I like Pandora, which many don't like cause of it's meaning] lol.

No. But, in my opinion, Pearl is better than Persephone.

I actually like Pearl and Persephone together even though I don't like them on their own. I think it's a really nice sibset. It has a beautiful sound to it. I don't know about Iris and Eli, but Pearl and Persephone is definitely something you can use.

Hi, cant do much about Iris and Eli i am afraid as Iris, Eli adn Pearl are existing children!!!!! haha.

Oh - thanks everybody for the replies to my ideas post - i have only just looked at them as i have been off line for a few days, i love a lot of them, especially Maude and Daphne. Gregory is nice too - dh wants a Scottish name if a boy (he is Scottish) so we were thinking about Gregor or Dougal.
I am going to hae another look in a minute.
