I love Julian and Rose, Una is a little out there for me. It doesn't 'go with' the other names at all...

I love them.I'd think they were from the '20s, but I don't know the famous parent.

Lovely names, dont know who the famous father is but I have heard this sibset before somewhere, my impression is that their father isnt a modern famous person but no name comes to mind.

It's a very lovely sibset, IMO. Rose may seem a little common in comparison to the others, but I think each name is pretty much flawless in its own right.I cheated and googled it... those were the children of Nathaniel Hawthorne, right?

Yes.

Una, Julian, and Rose sound great together. Una has been on my mind lately (I've been reading the Faerie Queene for a class). I admit that I did not know whose children Una, Julian, and Rose were. I looked them up though. They were Nathaniel Hawthorne's children.

I cheated, but I think Mr. Hawthorne had nice tastes in names. I'm not personally fond of Una, but Julian and Rose are both quite handsome. I feel a bit shamed I didn't know whose kids they were, considering I went to his house when I was in Boston! Considering that it was four years ago, though, I think I can be excused. ;)Array

I think Una sticks out a bit, and Oona looks much nicer. I LOVE Julian and Rose, though. As for the person, I haven't a clue.

I love Oonagh, so Una gets an easy thumbs up. Julian and Rose are ever lovely and sophisticated. The only Una born to a famous person that I know is Una (Oona?) O'Neill, Eugene's daughter. She married Charlie Chaplin (Geraldine Chaplin is their daughter). Whether or Oona / Una she had a brother and sister named Julian and Rose I have no idea.

Hawthorne!I recognize those names.I loved Hawthorne as a guilty pleasure (for the author, of course) MN and thought I was brilliant for having Julian Hawthorne as my FN/MN combo until I was reading his bio one day and saw that this was his son's name. Nixed that combo!I like all three names. :)

Not a big Una fan (though I slightly prefer the spellings Oona or Oonagh), but I adore Julian and Rose, but only the latter as a fn. It's already bored me to death as a mn.

A likable sibset although Una is a little overbearing for me. I love the name Julian for a boy (I wouldn't use it on a girl). John Lennon's son is named this.
