It's hard for me to decide what my top names are right now, as only two names really pop out in my mind right now: Horatio and Hermione. So, some of my current favorites (at least for girls) are names I've seen at my university. There are some great ones!

Horatio
Severus
Aloysius
Balthazar
Edmund
Frederick
Laszlo
Ignatius
Percival
Lazarus

Hermione
Flavia - I actually have a uni classmate by this name!
Virginia - fairly popular at my uni
Dulcinea
Dorothy
Mary
Alcyone
Providence
Rosaline
Estelle

Flavia, Virginia, Dorothy, Mary, Estelle, and Rosaline are all names of classmates.
