I prefer either "ZEEN-yuh" or Russian "KSEEN-yuh." The explosive "ks" sound is irresistable to me. But "ZEN-yuh / ZEN-ee-uh" is definitely the most likely pronunciation in an English-speaking culture (and therefore the easiest to live with).
