I would go with Diego and Martina. I like the nn of Marti on a girl and I've always loved the sound and look of Diego.

Nicolás BenjamínI also like María, Martina (GP), Constanza (GP), Matías (GP), Joaquin (GP) & Diego.

Maria --I know it's super common, but it's a family name. I'd also use Antonia.
Nicolas --I can't use Sebastian or Benjamin, so this would be my third choice. I like all of the names a lot though.

I choose Catalina and Sebastian. But I love a lot of the girl's names, in order I like Catalina, Antonia, Javiera, Martina, Sofia, Constanza, Isidora, Maria, Valentina, and Francisca. I had a real hard time choosing between Catalina and Antonia, I really love them. Isidora and some of the others of these would have been in a different place if I wasn't pronouncing them the Spanish way, Isidora would have been my second favorite if it was being pronounced the English way. I love the sound of Catalina and I love that it has so many good nn's; Kat, Katie, Lina, Kit, etc...For the boys names in order I like Sebastian, Joaquin, Matias, Diego, Nicolas, Martin, Vicente, Jose, Benjamin, and Cristobal. Truthfully I really dislike Cristobal, every time I see and hear it I think of somone saying in a strong accent crystal ball. The Spanish pronunciation of Benjamin sounds terrible to me. I really like the first four names and had a hard time choosing between them. Some of these names would be in a much different place in my favorites list if I wasn't pronouncing them the Spanish way. I like the nn's Seb and Bastian for Sebastian.

Martina, Sofia and Maria are all lovely but I think I might go with Maria just for its timeless beauty!
For boys I've always loved Sebastian so I'd probably use that but I also like Benjamin. Would Benjamin be pronounced differently in Chile?

I'm not certain but it might be pronounced like this or similar to this: http://www.behindthename.com/name/benjami10n

I like Valentina, Isidora and Sofia from the girls. However, I don't like Valentina enough to use it myself and while I love Isadora, I don't like Isidora nearly as much. But Sofia is sooo common...From the boys, Sebastian is the clear winner. But I do like Benjamin and Nicolas as well. But mine would be Isidora & Sebastian

I'd opt for Isidora and Matias, though I'm also fond of Martina, Constanza, Antonia, Maria, Francisca, Martin, Nicolas, and Cristobal.

Antonia and Diego.I love Antonia. I'd use it if I thought I could avoid Toni. Benjamin tempted me, since it's a longtime love, but I decided on Diego, my favorite Spanish boy name, instead.

For a girl: Antonia - this is a new name on my list, it's sweet strong and beautiful. Combo: Antonia Maria (I have Marie on my list and Maria is close enough).
For a boy: Sebastian - again this is a name on my list, it is very high up and I think it's handsome and strong. Combo: Sebastian Matias.

Maria Catalina and Nicolas VicenteI cheated with this one because in Chile it's common for children to have more than one first name. Or, at least the people from Chile I know do.
