If the Little Mermaid and Lion King II made the names Ariel and Kiara jump into the top 100 and Princess & the Frog caused Tiana to hop 300 places, I don't see why Frozen can't do that to Elsa.

I agree. This movie is HUGE with little girls, and consequently, their moms. Couple that with its similarity to powerhouse Ella and rising star Isla, like Pie mentioned, then we have all the makings of a major rise for sweet Elsa.
