I can't quite get behind Ruby for a boy, but I do like Garnet, also a nice red jewel, and a better red than most rubies, in my opinion.

I don't dislike Hilda, though i likely wouldn't use it.At any rate, it's better than Hulda.I know a woman named that,though she's always called Huddie, and no wonder!
