As I said with the boys names, nothing too English or too Spanish.
These would work:
Emilia
Julia
Helena
Of these I like Emilia and Julia the most. Emilia feels a bit frilly though, and I would avoid that since you already have Liliana which, in my opinion, is very frilly. So, Julia would be my choice.
