Ehhh...I'm not sure how to give an "evil" name without it sounding horribly cliché, frankly. No name is really evil, actually, just associated with an evil person, and any example I think of just does sound cliché. Plus, I'd avoid giving your character what you think sounds like an "evil" name; think about it, the parents of your character didn't intentionally give their baby an evil name (er, I assume)! Any name could work; Marcus Wade, Delora Marquez, Simone Rutiger, Arabella Manette, Joel King, Benjamin Freeman, etc. could all conceivably be villains, and their names have nothing to do with it.

Perhaps I could better suggest names if I knew a bit more about your character(s). Background? Gender? Motive? Personality?
