my nephew
My brother's third son was born last night. I had posted a week or so ago asking for guesses to go with his son's Jaden Timothy & Bryce Lewis.
They named him Tait Charles.
What do you think of Tait Charles and what do you think of Jaden, Bryce & Tait as brothers?
Personally, I'm thrilled about the name Tait, as I actually like it! I have no appreciation for the other two boys' names, so I was pleasantly surprised!

Ya'll have so many boys in your family, don't you? That must be such fun.
I like Timothy and Bryce, and I like Tait Charles, though I would rather see Tate. Tait makes me think of "taint."

I at first misread "Tait" as "taint" and that is definitely not a good association.
Charles is fine
Not a fan of tait though

Tait has definitely got the best of the first names.
Congratulations to the family!
Congratulations to the family!
I agree wholeheartedly.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I dislike all of the names, except Timothy.
I like Tate, but Tait looks too much like taint. Which is a very unfortunate...um...bodily area slang word to be called. Not that the real definition of taint would be a positive association by any means.
I'm guessing they chose that spelling because my brother has always been a fan of the music artist Michael Tait. Not sure though.
The spelling of Tait is completely throwing me off. Had it been spelled Tate, I think it would've fit in well with Jaden and Bryce. Tait looks like an attempt to be unique, which doesn't match Jaden and Bryce. It looks unattractive spelled that way - it actually doesn't even look like a name to me, if I'm being completely honest. I also think Tate/Tait sounds quite feminine, but that's just me.
I agree that the brothers seem to go very well together.
I prefer Tate to Tait, as the latter reminds me of fishing bait a little too much. Still, that's not a big deal (I love fishing, after all!). Tait Charles is rather handsome, a nice choice, though a part of me does wonder how well Tait will age (which is why I'd be a little hesitant to use Tate myself). Overall, though, I think it's far from a bad name. I also think T.C. would make a cute nn. Congrats on the third nephew!
I imagine it will age about as well as Jaden. :) Oh well. T.C. is cute.
Haha, it'll age better than Jaden, if you ask me. I don't know, maybe that's just me; I think I'm just overly worried about the aging thing, but I know that it works very well for others, and I imagine it'll work just fine for your little nephew. :)
I hate Jaden with the white hot intensity of a thousand suns. I also dislike Timothy.
Bryce is okay. I don't like Lewis, but it's a middle name, so no big deal.
I really dislike Tait. That's just not an attractive sound at all for a first name. I always associate Charles with Manson, so it's creepy to me, but I know that's an uncommon reaction, and myriad men other than Manson have borne the name and it's a classic. So it's not like I'm going to say, "OMG how could you use Charles?"
I guess the names go together okay, but I'm not a fan of the sibset overall.

Yes, to the spelling question. I'm guessing they chose that spelling because my brother has always been a fan of Michael Tait.
Thanks.
Thanks.
