Charlie is not really my cup of tea, but I think it's better as a nickname. I'm not very fond of Charles, but it gives the kid options and sounds more professional.Jack is okay. Common and friendly. It's inoffensive (in fact, I even kind of like it), but I wouldn't use it myself.Lucille - I hate the "seal" sound. Lucy is a nice enough nickname/name.Wren - It's quirky, upbeat, fun (and okay, maybe a bit hipster). It's kind of along the lines of Juniper for me. I like it. That said, it's not one I would use as a first name myself. I would think it was pretty neat to see it as a first, but I would be more likely to put it in the middle name slot.Madeleine is the prettiest spelling of the name. Some days, I like the sound; some days, I don't like it. I know I don't like Maddie though.Genevieve was one of my favorites for awhile. I'm not sure if it still is. I need to reevaluate my top picks. Either way, I think it really is lovely.

Charlie (m) - a nickname for me, so naw
Jack (m) - decent, but a little boring
Lucille (f) - interesting... would love to see it as a middle name
Wren (f) - looks weird
Madeleine (f) - I like it, but it's slightly overused thesedays
Genevieve (f) - not my cup of tea, too French-wannabe... hard to describe

All decent names
I was never crazy for the last 2 (Madeleine and genieve) but they aren't horrible. They're tollerable

Charlie (m) - I love it as a nickname for Charles.
Jack (m) - Classic and handsome.
Lucille (f) -Love it and it comes with the cute nickname Lucy.
Wren (f) - I like it, but would only use it as a middle name.
Madeleine (f) - I really like this name.
Genevieve (f) - I have never liked this name, but my opinion should not deter you from this name.

Charlie (m): It's very friendly and cheerful, but it really does need to be a nn for Charles.
Jack (m): This holds up better as a full name than Charlie does, but I don't especially like it. It's better than Jackson though.
Lucille (f): It's better than Lucy, but not by a whole lot. "You picked a fine time to leave me, Lucille."
Wren (f): Lame, teen-fantasy kind of non-name.
Madeleine (f): My least favorite spelling of Madeline, a name I don't like much anyway.
Genevieve (f): Stuffy, cold, pompous.

Charlie (m) - I like it as a nn for Charles but I don't find it particularly inspiring.
Jack (m) - I like it as a nn for John. I'd like it a lot more if it wasn't so popular.
Lucille (f) - I find this kind of hideous. I've never even been a real fan of Lucy.
Wren (f) - Despite its "I feed my kid artisan, sprouted juice (is that even a thing?) and instagram that shit" vibe I kind of like it. It's plucky.
Madeleine (f) - Meh. I'm not offended by it. I like it more than lots of other popular names out there, like Ava or Mia, about the same as others, like Abigail and Amelia, and a lot less than a few, like Isabelle and Emily. If it were actually pronounced MadeLINE like the books I'd like it a lot more.
Genevieve (f) - It's my sister's name so I feel obligated to like, but I'm not crazy about the recent popularity of the name. It's starting to feel kind of showy, which makes me irrationally upset.

Charlie -- creepyJack -- I like it but let's stop using it as a full name people! Stop! Stop!! Stop!!! John nn Jack. I don't care if you think John is boring. JOHN NN JACK.Lucille -- I like it but I'd call a Lucille Lucy and I like Lucy a lot more and Lucy doesn't have to be a nickname for Lucille as it is a name in its own right so I'd never use Lucille, I'd use Lucy.Wren -- Okay, it's a bird. Fine. But listen to the sound of it. It's ugly. Don't call your kid Wren.Madeleine -- This is one I want to like more than I do, and sometimes I try to talk myself into liking it more than I do, but the truth is I'm not wild about it. And no, Maddie is NOT a cute nickname. I actually hate Maddie because I feel that it's responsible for the popularity of Madison.Genevieve -- It's pretty and better than Jennifer.

Charlie - fine as a nn, and Charles is quite nice
Jack - pity it's no longer a nn, except for Jacek; good name, though
Lucille - undistinguished; far prefer Lucy
Wren - yuck
Madeleine - overused and, usually, mispronounced. No.
Genevieve - fluffy and over-decorated

Charlie is sweet, my friend's little brother is a Charlie but it's spelt Charley, he's eight and is adorable - doing the name a lot of favours in my book. My issue is that I don't like nicknames-as-full-names, and I really dislike Charles.Jack could be any boy, anywhere. I'm not particularly fond of it.Lucille is very elegant and pretty, without being fluffy or frilly. I like most "Luce" names, Lucia is my favourite, Lucille comes in at a strong second though.Wren, my issue with this name is that it could be easily misheard as a number of things; when or wrench spring to mind immediately. Alright and unusual in the middle spot though.Madeleine, I don't really have any killer grievances against, just the spelling looks a bit confusing with all those "e"s.I have to same issue with Genevieve, it just looks so confusing that it becomes unappealing. I had a friend with a cousin called Genevieve who went by Vivi, but she struggled for ages to tell me her name because she couldn't actually say it, just recognise it when it was written down - this friend was 20years old. I think there are much easier and nicer ways to get to the nicknames; Gen / Genny, Vivi, and Evie.

Charlie (m)- I like it a lot more than I used to. I think it's pretty cute.
Jack (m)- I love this name! I just wish it was less popular.
Lucille (f)- Not a fan personally.
Wren (f)- This has grown on me but it's still not on my PNL.
Madeleine (f)- I do love this name, I just wish all its variants weren't so popular and trendy.
Genevieve (f)- Honestly, all I think of is the dog off the "Madeleine" cartoon. I have known 2 Genevieves though, a young girl who suited the name and a woman who went by "Genny".

I almost named my son Charlie. Didn't, because it has potential to be dorky, and we have lots of dorky genes in this family. And our surname is ever so slightly similar to Brown.
Jack is fine, a little too butch for my personal taste.
Lucille seems dated and chintzy to me.
Wren seems super modern and hipstery... nms but it's ok.
Madeleine looks very Euro (I'm in the US). It's kind of a classic name though, nice. I'm not a fan of likely nn Maddie.
Genevieve is ... a lot like Madeleine.

I like Madeleine, Jack and Charlie.
I hate Wren, Genevieve and Lucille (love Lucy though).

All the names are nice enough, some being nicer than others. Charlie and Jack would be super cute for brothers. Lucille Wren would make a nice combo and Madeleine and Genevieve would make nice mn's.
