Oleander is more masculine to me. I think the -ander ending reminds me of other names like Alexander, Lysander, Leander, Evander, and Anders.

I also like Ottilie, Ophelie, Orsa, and Ottoline.

I like Octavia, Olivia and oxsana the most though do prefer the oksana\oksanna spelling
