Lorenzo nn Enzo is awesome! So much better for me. If you don't want to use Enzo as a full first name and don't like Lorenzo enough for a first name, there's also Vincenzo and Fiorenzo. You could probably use Alonzo nn Enzo. Maybe Ezra nn Enzo, I dunno.
