Re: 3 favourites/least favourites
I find your naming style attractive but our styles are SO INCREDIBLY DIFFERENT. I will do my best, but comparing your names to what I like is like comparing apples and... guava! Girls:
Three Favorites - Claire - I just love this name. I think it's very elegant.
Lucia - I like it a lot more than Lucy. It's not a favorite, but it's appealing.
Anika - again, not a favorite, but a spin on an Anne name, which are my favorite genre of name.

Three Least Favorites: Quinn - I'm sure this is going to be almost every other BTNers least favorite too. Seems contrived, kinda romance novel-esque. Instead of Quinn, I suggest Ginevra. Similar sound with it short "i" and also sort of romantic like the rest of your names.
Alba - Just unattractive. ALLLBBAAAAA - I picture a greasy old woman in a house coat frying chicken in a trailer. Instead I suggest Calla, because it has that same "a" sound but is much softer.
Rosanna - I just do not like Rose, and it upsets me to see it inflicted upon an Anne name. :) Instead I suggest Rosalind, because it's the only Rose name I like! Boys:
Three Favorites -
Conrad - If I try I could like it, I think. It's very strong.
Harris - I usually don't like surname names (openly) but this one is ok. It seems somewhat Victorian, which charms me.
Ronan - I have a sneaking suspicion this is a Lord of the Rings name. Is it? Oh well, it reminds me of Rowan (which, do you like Rowan? It seems like your style.) which I think is a pretty, soft name. Three Least Favorites -
Jesse - I associate it with Appalachian rednecks (not that App rednecks aren't great!). Of course you won't, because you're in NZ, so it doesn't matter! I just have a thing. Instead of Jesse, I like Morgan. Both sort of "girl" or girl-appropriated names I like more on a boy. Also Aubrey.
Cole - Again, this is culturally specific, but every boring woman in a vinyl village McMansion named their kid Cole in the early 2000s. Instead how about Nicholas?
Grayson - Cole's little brother would be Grayson. Or Mason. Or Mayson. Oh nooooo. What about Grey? I like it on its own.

Thanks for the suggestions!I do kind of agree with you about Quinn, I think I would only use it as a middle name. I do like Ginevra but I'm a little concerned I only like it because of Harry Potter. On a related note, I think I only like Alba because of the character in Time Traveller's Wife. That's where I first heard it and it stuck out to me. Calla is pretty, and calla lilies are beautiful. I've never had it on my list because it's too similar to Kelly which I do not like at all. But you may have just convinced me to add it. I have no idea if Ronan is in Lord of the Rings but I believe it's a minor character in Harry Potter though that's not where I first heard it or why I like it. Weirdly enough I can't stand Rowan. I don't like unisex it is (I know have Quinn on here so I can't really talk) but the w in the middle makes it look and sound weak to me. I would like Roman if it weren't for the association of Ancient Romans and people being from Rome. Yeah Cole and Jesse are pretty normal standard names here. I've actually only ever met one Cole in my life so I don't have those associations.
